Hub HR Business Partner Head

We have a opportunity for Hub Head position at a regional level with a UK based multinational company into Service industry.

The profile includes both HR operations as well as IR:

- HR Operations (80%) : HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Training, Performance Management System, Employee engagement Retention, Exit Formalities, etc

- IR (20%) : Statutory Compliance, Liasioning, Handling Unions
