About the role :
- Manage end to end P&L of a large hub
- Drive offline sales channel
- Responsible for managing day to day operations (quality / service / customer experience).
- Responsible for building long term relationship with suppliers / partners.
- Lead a team of close to 100 people (mix of operations, business development & sales)
Desired skill set :
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situation on ground
- Demonstrates high ethical values
- Proven sales leader with clear focus to drive sales & increase overall revenue
- Ability to hire and manage a team of high key resources
- Sound analytical skills
- Work experience of 5 years or above (with minimum of 3 years in a leadership role)
