Hub Head will be the business owner of a portfolio and will work on the following along with the Central OYO ecosystem.


The JD Comprises of the below mentioned:

P&L Management:

- Owning end to end profit and loss of the products

- Identifying ways to improve the revenue across verticals - Oyo Living etc.

- Controlling end to end operations and costs across all the cost heads - optimizing efficiency and operations.

Business Development

- Expanding business in the city - identifying avenues for growth and collaboration

Vendor Management:

- Managing end-to-end vendors - Sourcing, commercial negotiations, performance management, etc. for different verticals - Food and Beverage, Manpower, Repair and Maintenance, Transformation

People Management:

- Leading multiple teams - Field Engineers, Trainers, Business Development, Transformation, Sales

- Planning hiring needs (including bench requirements), managing the capacity and planning for the peak

Data Orientation:

- Identifying trends, patterns and deep dive on core issues.

- Optimizing Guest Experience, Revenue and Operational Costs, working within a defined budget

Stakeholder Management - Engaging with different stakeholders - vendors, property owners, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver the best operational excellence

OYO Living - Business brief

- Long Term Stay - like Nestaway etc.

- Ready to move in apartments.

- Typical Customer - 1st or 2nd job, bachelor.

- Seniority higher as compared to execution arm.

Typical Profile

- 2009-2013, IIM, ISB Grad, Tier-1 B School Grad

- Telecom Prepaid Sales in Airtel and Likes.

- Airtel Leadership program beginning.

- Roles in Sales (2 yrs min higher preferred)

- Sales followed by User Retention & More, is typical career journey

About the role :

- Manage end to end P&L of a large hub

- Drive offline sales channel

- Responsible for managing day to day operations (quality / service / customer experience).

- Responsible for building long term relationship with suppliers / partners.

- Lead a team of close to 100 people (mix of operations, business development & sales)

Desired skill set :

- Fluent communication and ability to manage situation on ground

- Demonstrates high ethical values

- Proven sales leader with clear focus to drive sales & increase overall revenue

- Ability to hire and manage a team of high key resources

- Sound analytical skills
