To assume P&L responsibility for Hub operations and ensure effective service delivery and functioning of the associated branches by managing sales, profitability, recruitment & retention, PI, collections, etc.; Ensure delivery of high-quality service to customers in accordance with company polices; Harmonious industrial relations supported by ER team; Effective partner relationships; Adherence to all legal and statutory compliances.
- Develop strategy and plan to ensure achievement of hub sales, profitability, recruitment & retention, PI, collections targets
- Accountable for growth and retention of Key and Core Accounts
- Develop mechanism and monitor achievement of better price increase, collections and receivables
- Monitor and control expenditure and overheads
- Ensure maintenance and consolidation of accounts of all Branches
- Oversee financial budget and audit of Branches in the Hub
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Hub metrics
- Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all functions within the Hub - Field Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, administratively as per defined budget requirements
- Establish quality parameters in consultation with Quality Manager to maintain consistently high quality service levels
- Manage all escalations and establish robust exception and crisis management mechanism
- Ensure implementation of company policies and adherence to statutory compliances
- Support and facilitate implementation of corporate projects
