Huawei Technologies - Manager - Public Relations & Communications - Corporate & Technology Vertical

We are looking for the role of PR to be based at Gurgaon. The position is on the rolls of Manpower Group of Services to be deputed at Huawei Telecommunications India Co. Pvt. Ltd

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Product Communication :

- Be a product expert and should understand product trends and be able to create innovative tech story pegs for consumption of technology media. Nurture Product knowledge and preparation of product information press kits.

Press Fleet Management :

- Install and manage a full-fledged press fleet program for the media. Formulate budget and tracking of expenditures within the budget allotted for Press fleet.

Press Information Material :

- Design and development of printed literature and promotional material for Press Events as per corporate identity guidelines. Manage, track and replicate the extensive amount of Product Information, Press Photographs, Press Videos and Press Audios. Inventory management of Press Information material. Drive new media initiatives for publishing press information.

Press Events :

- Organisation of Press Conferences, Press Roundtable, Press Events and Product Launches.

Press Operations Management :

- Formulating budget and tracking of expenditures within the budget allotted for Press events. Co-ordinating for financial payments of vendors and agencies. Liaising with vendors for printed literature and promotional material.

MUT HAVE's :

- Candidate should have worked with a PR agency

- 6- 8 years of experience

- Proven expertise in handling media and blogger engagements

- Should have adequate knowledge about the sector and relevant experience working on relevant products

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Ability to think creatively
