Working Condition : Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays).

Job Purpose:

The Head of Human Resources will oversee the overall management and implementation of HTIC Global's HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and tools.

This role will work closely with the CEOs, Head of Business, and Senior HR Partner to ensure that organizational HR policies and procedures are tailored to specific functions such as Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management System (PMS), Employee Experience, and HR strategy.

Responsibilities;

HR Strategic Planning & Execution:.

- Lead and manage the HR division, providing oversight and leadership.

- Create an HR strategy aligned with HTIC Global's organizational and global goals.

- Implement company culture, values, and policies.

Hiring & Recruitment:.

- Develop and execute manpower planning to meet the staffing needs for new and existing clients, ensuring timely recruitment of the right talent both onsite and offsite.

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, networking, and utilizing creative methods to attract top talent.

- Facilitate and coordinate recruitment and onboarding as per HTIC policies and procedures.

- Review and approve job position requests and descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Manage vacancy postings, coordinate interviews, and provide interview outcome summaries.

- Maintain a recruitment tracking system and compile monthly recruitment reports.

- Review job offers and contracts, including billing aspects.

Learning & Development (L&D):.

- Oversee the training functions and ensure that the program schedules align with business objectives, guiding the training team to deliver the appropriate programs that enhance employee and business growth.

Performance Management:

- Lead the performance management process, including creating annual review plans, conducting goal-setting training, organizing development activities, and working closely with managers and employees.

- Ensure the timely completion of performance evaluations (monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual).

- Coordinate the annual merit plan process and monitor career progression plans in collaboration with business heads.

- Ensure regular communication to employees regarding progress and success in performance management.

Employee Relations & Discipline:.

- Manage employee relations with professionalism, leading investigations to resolve workplace issues in collaboration with HR Business Partners.

- Act as an impartial mediator in disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.

- Maintain effective employee-employer negotiations to foster a harmonious work environment.

- Advise supervisors on disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies.

HR Team Management:.

- Serve as the primary resource for HR knowledge, addressing employee and HRBP queries, and providing regular HR metrics (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).

- Ensure adherence to HR standards in all generalist HR activities.

- Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs, skill gaps, and create a workforce development and onboarding plan.

- Manage, train, and mentor the HR team, developing individual plans to enhance their performance and growth.

- Foster teamwork, communication, and consistency across all HR teams and offices.

Employee Engagement:.

- Plan and execute employee engagement programs to boost motivation and improve performance levels.

HR Management Information System (MIS):.

- Coordinate the preparation of HR reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and submit all data and reports on time.

Qualifications:

Education: Postgraduate degree in any field with a minimum of 50%.

Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Experience: Proven success as an HR generalist supporting employee groups of 200+ employees across multiple locations, preferably in a global or regional setting.

Demonstrated ability to implement best practices and provide high-quality HR services in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and meeting deadlines.

Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
