- Serving as a bridge between the User function and the Internal development team

- Carrying out an in-depth analysis of business processes, products and structuring the same from the system perspective.

- Planning and guiding the project from start to finish, calculating and providing timelines to the user function, listing and assigning tasks in accordance with SDLC.

- Preparing documents - Functional Specification, prototypes, Change Requests, System requirement specification and User Manuals.

- Listing Test Cases and Functional Testing of applications

- Impart training to the users over the developed system
