Deal Sourcing :
- Identify, shortlist and pitch to potential target Companies for investment using various sources such as the previous clients and contacts, Internet, business journals, leading newspapers, contacts in the industry, competitor intelligence, internal media marketing team etc.
- The person will be responsible for sourcing deals
- The candidate will be required to carry out extensive market landscaping through primary and secondary research to identify potential opportunities followed with competitive bench-marking, industry analysis and tracking.
Deal Closure :
- Liaising with the Due Diligence/Lawyer, Valuation agencies, and internal teams such as Legal/commercial to get the process of the deal initiated
- Understand the key advertising needs of the client and prepare the advertising proposal accordingly
- Prepare detailed Management presentation / Investment Memo on any opportunity for presenting before the investment committee.
- Liaise with secretarial team to expedite deal closure
- Customer Relationship Management and Advertising Revenues
- Manage Relationship with portfolio Companies for their advertising needs, offer customized solutions to new and existing clients
Prior Role Experience :
- Brand Capital Experience is mandatory
- Private Equity / Investment Banking / Deal Advisory / Transaction Advisory / Valuations Client Interaction, Business Development,Customer Relationship Management
Education Qualification : Preferred MBA (Premium B Schools)
