Job Description:
- As an Event Execution Specialist at HT Brand Promotions, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and activations that align firstly with our brand objectives and providing solution for our clients/partners.
- You will work closely with the BP team, edit team, production & commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact & profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Collaborate with the BP team & edit team to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives. Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event-related services, including venue, catering, audio-visual equipment, and decor.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodations, permits, and security arrangements.
- Content Development: Work with the content team to develop engaging event content, presentations, and collateral materials.
- On-site Management: Lead on-site event execution, ensuring that all elements are set up according to plan and running smoothly. Manage event staff, volunteers, and third-party vendors during the event.
- Audience Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance attendee experience and interaction during events, such as interactive activities, contests, and giveaways.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events against objectives. Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring that events are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to event management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- A passion for media, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences for audiences.
