Job Role: To assist Lead - HR Business Partner in enforcing implementation of all HR Systems (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement)/ Structure/ Policies /Process/ Procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
- To enforce implementation of all HR practices throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organization.
- Talent Acquisition: To source relevant profiles for our open positions and build a good candidate experience right from sourcing till on boarding. Sourcing, scheduling interviews, offer letter generation will be the key responsibilities.
- Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement and team building initiatives to create a positive work environment. Preparation of Calendar related to employee activities.
- Exit Management- Ensure timely release of fnf of the exited candidates through seamless coordination with the resigned employee and fnf team.
- Group Level HR Initiatives- Driving and executing group level HR initiatives within the said timelines.
- HR operations - Managing day-to-day HR operations and facilitating smooth implementation of systems, processes and policies to support business and handling special projects
