HT Media is looking for a Online Advertising and SEO Manager.   - The person would be working across multiple HT Media properties such as Shine.com, Desimartini.com and HTCampus.com and would be handling User Acquisition through SEO & Revenue Generation through Online Advertising on these sites.   - The role is cross domain in nature with Sales & Marketing and Technical work involved.  The main responsibilities will include:   - Understanding and monetizing the Ad Inventory through partnerships with Google, Ad Networks, Media Agencies and other Advertisers.  - Handle and be the single point of contact for Sales Teams across the country for Ad Inventory Sales. Make Inventory Marketing collaterals and media plans for Advertisers on a case to case basis.   - Co-ordinate with the Tech Team and overlook the technical implementation of Ad Inventory and needed support items to improve the delivery of Advertising on these websites.  - Bringing on board Ad Networks, Media Agencies and Advertisers and handling the relationship with them.  - Overlooking Ad Operations for these websites which would entail ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns and revenue maximization for the company  - The candidate would be working with Revenue Targets and would be expected to achieve them with help from sales teams.   - Overlooking SEO activities for maximizing organic traffic and user registrations.   The candidate must:   - Be good with numbers. A lot of data and number crunching would be involved.  - Should have a basic understanding of Website structuring and Page Elements.  - Have an understanding of Online Pricing and bidding Models (CPM,CPC, CPL, etc) and should be able to understand and negotiate with prospective advertising partners.  - Basic technical knowledge and know how of Tools & Interfaces (HTML, DFP, Adsense, AdExchanges, Webmaster Tool) would be highly preferred.  - Prior work experience in this space, if any, would help in candidature.   - BTech + MBA from Tier 1 institutes preferred.
