Position: Branch Sales Manager

Reporting to: Branch Head

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai

Functional Competencies:

- Solution selling ability

- Closing sales

- Rejection handling

- Sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

- Sales of internet product (Shine.com) to enterprise & mid-market segment across the geographical territory

- Respond to elevated customer service complaints

- Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis

- Identify, develop and negotiate business development relationships to grow revenue

- Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts

- On-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring

People management:

- Manage a team of 7 - 12 employees

Sales Operations:

- Oversee collections and ageing and take necessary action

- Plan and implement local sales promotion activities within budget, ensure region compliance

Business Development:

- Leverage existing relationships, negotiate with prospective partner in order to enhance market penetration and revenues.

- Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase business.

Qualification & Experience:

- Full time MBA from Premier B School

- 7- 9 year + in the sales function in Hospitality/Internet/Banking/Advertising/IT/Telecom, with at least 6 years in managing teams.
