Position: Account Manager/Key Account Manager/Sales Manager
Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager
Location: Gurgaon, Pune
Job Description: We are looking for sales professionals to focus on creating clients in the Corporate sector.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through effective new business development and account management.
2. Prepare, implement and execute Strategic Account plans at both Business and Account level
3. Promote and engage Shine solutions across the entire Account Portfolio
4. Responding on Client Queries to achieve the quarterly targets
5. Monitor all accounts within the portfolio at Business and Account level
6. Client Engagement, Retention and Upselling
7. Coordination with back office teams regarding client requirements as well as contract/SLA obligations.
8. Manage 10-100+ accounts /prospects
9. Build and maintain account relationships and customer satisfaction.
10. Manage high revenue based opportunities
Functional Skills
1. Influencing & Negotiation Skills
2. 6-10 years of Solution Selling Skills + Experience is a must
3. B2B Sales experience in large corporates
4. Recruitment/BFSI/ITES background preferred
5. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
6. Target Orientation, Passion & Entrepreneurial Ability
7. Understand basic financial rules, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost of sale, budget etc
Competencies:
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
- Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
- Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands,
Others:
- Flair for taking up responsibilities independently. Proactive initiative taker.
Education: MBA from a good business school
