HSSE Manager - Master Mariner

- To be an ambassador for the "One Safety Culture - Driving Resilience Program" and provide support and guidance to the colleagues on board

- To ensure onboard implementation of the Company's Safety Management System and thereby achieve overall safety, environmental and quality assurance of your allocated vessels

- To liaise with external parties e.g. Classification Societies and Flag States as and when required

- Taking a lead in incident investigation and report preparation

- Specific security related tasks

- To support the performance leadership program on assigned vessels

- To provide in-house training

- Travel activity in connection with vessel visits

- To run ad-hoc projects in the HSSE team as and when required
