Qualifications :&nbsp; - Degree in finance/accounting or any related professional qualification in Securities Services. Post graduate/MBA desired - Experience in Work flow development for 24 months - Understanding of BPMN - Good understanding of the work flows for existing implementation Transfer Agency, Custody and A&amp;V - Very strong conceptual knowledge of Transfer Agency functions and awareness of TA platforms (required) - Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification (desirable) - Operational experience in the financial services industry working directly on Fund Administration, specifically Transfer Agency (desirable) - Prior experience in driving and implementing process changes &amp; streamlining - Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the funds industry locally and regionally - Understanding of the changing nature of the operating environment due to internal and external demands - Demonstrates a solid grasp of the technology and systems supporting the functional areas - Advocate for change with a focus on execution. Successful implementation of at least 1 project by self/under appropriate guidance - Strong organisation, multi-tasking and time management skills - Team player, people motivator, leadership qualities - Strong interpersonal, collaborative and relationship building skills - Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills - Eye for detail - Proactive in implementing and driving solutions. - Excellent knowledge on the technological advancements in the Fund services business with previous experience on identification and implementation of solutions - Additional qualifications related to Information technology - namely languages such as Python, C++ will be given preference Additional experience in implementation of any one of the below: Robotics Process Automation, Machine Learning(AI), Deep Learning, Chatbots, Data analytics, Cognitive learning etc
