Primary Directive :
Responsible for WFA Tier 2 functions performing specialty administrative and transaction processing activity to support employees, managers, HRB, CoEs across the Enterprise in HR Core processes and related services, including efforts to:
- Provide specific assistance and processing WFA Processes, New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, etc. including follow up with mangers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships for applications owned by Human Resources Shared Service Center (HRSSC).
- Troubleshooting and resolution of day-to-day issues with related Vendors.
The Sr. WFA HR Ops Analyst main tasks/ responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide transactional support to maintain employee record in the HCM system, includes follow up to approvals, clarifying information or correcting data. Tier 2 analysts may be assigned to support a set of processes but could be required to support additional ones temporarily or permanently depending on the operational needs. Tier 2 are responsible for the following processes :
- New Hires
- Employee Movements (Promotions, Demotions, Transfers - local, BU to BU, country to country, expat assignments)
- Compensation Changes (salary, bonus, commission), including Merit mass loads.
- Terminations (Voluntary, Involuntary and Retirements)
- Job Data Changes (shifts, org assignments, business titles, scheduled weekly hours, part time-full time, etc.)
- Personal & Contact Data Changes
- Move worker (sup org changes)
- Create and Edit Requisitions for managers
- Leave of Absence (initiate and return)
- Process the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per processes and according to the Case Management Framework and the SOX Matrix.
- Audits of data entry accuracy done by HRSSC team members and through self-service.
- Data corrections requested by COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).
- Troubleshoot issues with interfaces to vendors
- Employment Certification Generation
- Probation and contract renewal
- Support M&A, divestitures, reorganizations
- Generate and distribute ad-hoc internal reports
- Implement mass compensation changes in Workday (including Salary Planning loads
- Coordinate salary planning loads in Workday with Comp CoE/Payroll
- Support testing for systems enhancements related to HRSSC operation
- Perform other HRSSC related duties as assigned.
Education (technical and/or commercial) :
- Bachelor's / Masters / MBA in HR, Finance, Business or related field required.
Job experience :
- 5 years+ of working experience in a HR Service Center or HR operations.
- High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. Other languages such as Mandarin, Korean and Japanese are desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers.
- High Customer Service orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up.
- Excellent attention to details.
Professional knowledge :
- Experience on core HR operations processes.
- Experience in Workday / Microsoft CRM Dynamics
