Essential :

- Graduate with 10 plus years of experience

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

- Should have 4 -6 years of Lean Six Sigma deployment post completion of BB certification

- Good knowledge of various process improvement tools and techniques

- F&A knowledge and exposure of handling Xn/ PI for Finance Shared Services

- HRO Knowledge

Desirable :

- BE / MBA from reputed institute

- PMP certification

- Exposure to QMS and CMMi

- Prior Experience in Telecom /Bank//Other Financial Institution/Shared Services.

JD :

- Define and Execute Transformation roadmap for Customer

- Deliver Business value to Customers by alignment to Customer goals and establish strong customer connect thru- Customer governance.

- Lead Transformation /CI program for the Customer

- Support Service Delivery Automation/Robotics for the Customer

- Provide Transition support to Customer/Domain thru- set of transition deliverables

- Ensure Critical red projects resolution and support for the Customer

- Identify improvement opportunities and develop account level PI-Xn roadmap

- Lead critical enterprise/client facing projects

- Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings - GB / Lean / Kaizen

- Deploy KM practices

- Create a culture of continuous improvement in business units.

- Structural Information

- Alignment to Domain transformation leader/MBB

Major Challenges:

Essential :

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Very strong analytical abilities with good adaptability

- Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced) & Minitab
