HRO Service Delivery Manager

We have an opportunity for HRO Service Delivery Manager for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

- Manage end to end delivery of HRO Processes - Delivery Management, Client Management, Commercials and Quality Assurance etc.

- Participate in HRO solution architecture & designs apart from focusing on delivery/people management

- Account mining and generating additional business

- Manage day to day SLA, client interactions, project financials, third party teams and go through security audits

- Should be willing & able to participate in pre-sales work - Responding to RFPs, presentations, client interactions etc.

- The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization
