HRIS Role - SAP Successfactors

Responsibilities:

- Work with clients to understand their HR needs and business requirements for Employee Central. Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules (core HR, payroll, benefits, etc. ).

- Develop and maintain data integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

- Create and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions on SuccessFactors EC.

- Support clients with system testing, data migration, and go-live phases.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users and troubleshoot any issues with SuccessFactors EC.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SuccessFactors features and functionalities.
