The HRIS Manager (Comp & Benefits) will be supporting the Corporate Total Rewards function on programs/projects related to Compensation and Benefits in Global HRIS system (Workday).

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do :
- Collaborate closely with the Total Rewards functional as well as regional leads and inter-departmental business partners to understand business challenges as well as work closely in gathering business requirements, analyzing them, performing gap analysis, providing solutions to getting new functionalities implemented
- Partner with the Total Rewards team on the development of future road map for HRIS Compensation and Benefits in accordance with the Organization's strategy
- Lead all Benefits related implementation projects, starting from planning, scoping out the project, understanding the complexities of each and every moving pieces and managing them to successful completion
- Develop subject matter expertise on the Benefit Plan Eligibility rules currently being maintained within Workday as well as the flow of data between Workday and other downstream systems.
- Drive continuous improvement & optimization of current system processes in areas of Benefits.
- Partner with vendors and HRIT group in the development, testing, and rollout of integrations and manage future changes and upgrades.
- Liaise with vendors on open issues/requested enhancements.
- Set up custom reports, as necessary, for the Total Rewards team i.e. internal data requirements, annual and ad hoc reporting and development of dashboard reporting to support the need of global metrics
- Establish standard operating procedures and audit processes within Workday to ensure processes are compliant and data integrity is maintained
Here is some of what you- ll need (required) :
- 7 to 9 years experience in designing, building and implementing HR systems including business process design, configuration, integration mapping, testing and deployment
- Must have experience in supporting Global Benefits & Compensation system for a large global company
- Benefits & Compensation configuration experience in any of these ERP tools: PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, or SAP HR.
- Proficient working knowledge of general Human Resources including familiarity with the following functional areas (Compensation, Benefits, Compliance, Organization Management, Core HR)
- Demonstrated capacity for gathering/scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership to work as project leader to drive change and achieve multi-projects under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with solid influencing capability
- Passion to work independently, and strong desire to overcome challenges and results oriented
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
