Job Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibilities would include HRMS maintenance, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS
- Drive all HR data audits to ensure accuracy of information
- Partner with HRBPs, CoE, and internal stakeholders to implement solutions that help to streamline HRIS and drive system effectiveness.
- Ensures security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
- Review and recommend process changes in the HR systems to ensure seamless workflows and HR database
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HRIS systems used in the organization
- Responsible for driving process and system awareness regularly amongst stakeholders and employees
- Manage the support team to ensure timely resolution of stakeholder queries and seamless transactions
Person Requirements :
- MBA in HR with 3-7 with relevant experience in HR systems, analytics
- Ability to engage with stakeholders & understand requirements for automation
- Good communication skills & presentation skills
