HR Talent Management - Full time MBA HR 2006 - 2009 batches from Tier I / Tier II institutes
Role :
- HR Business Partner will Work in partnership with business to enhance, enrich and elevate the association with people by delivering on people, performance and talent initiatives and goals. He / She will own the talent agenda for the respective process at the site.
- Drive the Performance Management process
- Develop and drive High performers retention model
- Drive continuous engagement between business and people
- Periodic meetings with Business Heads & key stake-holders
- Periodic audits & reviews of process effectiveness
- Implementation of Learning & Development agenda with other HR Leads
- Develop analytical tools based on vital Organizational Health such as
- Employee Attrition, Key Talent Retention, Internal Job Mobility, Hiring Effectiveness
- Lead and drive projects that will add value to business performance
- End to end talent life cycle management post on-boarding till exit
- Should be open to work as an Individual contributor to the role
Reports to : The Business Partner HR (GM HR)
Candidate Requirements :
- MBA HR Full time from TISS/MDI/FMS/SIBM/SIMS//TA PAI/JBIMS/NMIMS/XLRI/ 7-9 years of relevant experience, with minimum 2-3 years operating as an HR engagement Partner. 2 years as HR generalist with above experience in an MNC set up
- Should be customer service oriented.
- Proven in excellent delivery
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
