HR Business Partner (Total Rewards)
Location: Bangalore
Candidate reporting to Head Human Resources India will need to have exposure and depth in total rewards, in the areas of learning and development, leadership and management development, compensation and benefits and HR operations. It will be an individual contributor role and require ability to work credibly with senior level stakeholders within the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and update compensation and reward arrangements, incentive schemes, bonus arrangements, recognition and other programmes that meet business needs.
- Develop learning and development methodologies to optimise the company’s organisational effectiveness and maximise human potential, now and into the future.
- Accountable for HR policies, program administration, data management and transaction processes focused on leveraging and improving the organization's HR processes to ensure organizational efficiency, compliance and cost effectiveness.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a HR Shared service environment.
- Demonstrable reward experience at a professional capacity with strong technical reward skills, with knowledge of best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Education: Preferably an MBA from Tier 1 organization
