Role Overview/ Job Description:

1. HR Services Business Process study, Process Mapping and Enterprise Solution Design

2. Independently manages the whole process of transferring services and staff from one location to another or from business division to SSC, ensuring service levels are maintained throughout. The role also includes maintenance of the budget, project plans and reporting

3. Influence and shape transition solutions, working with divisions and task force.

4. Delivery of project responsibilities to time, cost, and quality, accountable for full end to end transition project, aligned with internal and external needs, defining project approach, scope, milestones, success criteria, deliverables, risks, contingencies and allocating appropriate resource requirements are met

5. Identify and manage changes in scope, obtain ITC buy in.

- Responsible for pro-active issue resolution

- Responsible for effective knowledge management and transition coordination.

- Understand and track SLAs escalating failure as appropriate

6. Build and maintain a strong working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Promotes communication among ITC/Consultant team members and encourages dialogue that addresses key issues and maintenance of productive working relationship.

7. Present ideas and solutions persuasively to gain buy-in, presents issues and recommendations effectively, using appropriate tools such as presentation slides, flip charts, agendas.

8. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture on a project

9. When in charge of a larger transition team:

a. Provides guidance and advise to individuals/workstreams

b. Responsible for managing staff issues (recruitment, training, etc.)

c. IT application / workflow implementation program governance

d. Issue / Action Tracker maintenance

e. Project / Program Governance Cadence Management

Requirements/ Ideal Candidate:

- Experience or exposure on digital deployment or projects

- Experience in engaging in strategic and tactical discussion with senior business partners to offer SSC service offering

- Provide inputs for Transformation Focused with E2E view of the proposed solution

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

- Postgraduate/Graduate (preferably in Human Resources / Business Management discipline)

- Project management / active Transitions experience Exposure to project management tools and technologies in HR Services Processes

- Familiarity with any of the major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) Relevant experience in consulting and organizational change Digital Pseudo Native

- Build a Digital Mindset Strategic and Outcome Focused Client Interactions:

- Build positive relationships with the Client on a bedrock of Project / Change / Risk-based conversations Controller of E2E Transition Costs.

- Be accountable for Transition Costs Global; Viewpoint Holder

- Demonstrate Client / Domain insights through internal and external intelligence to build checks and balances for best in breed solutions
