The incumbent should demonstrate excellence in Techno functional Consulting and ERP Implementation. He expected to work closely with all the project workstream leads to ensure that the project objectives are met. Applying Project management practices to HR is critical for the success of the program.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will be responsible to plan and execute HR Transformation program into a series of cross-silo, achievable projects, while be responsible for implementation technology to support all HR functions, in order to drive productivity and enhance employee experience.

- Planning and aligning all the HR process and policies from automation and technology perspective that would later reflect in the streamlining of processes, reduction in turnaround time, increase in cost efficiency and overall enhancing the productivity and experience of the team.

- Plan and execute HR technology projects to include project planning, business case development, status updates, requirements gathering, test planning, test execution, deployment, and post-deployment support.

- Work closely with Business & IT team to deliver and build on HR tools that will enhance the business.

- Design, conceptualize and execute with all HR verticals, the entire Employee and HR Lifecycle from technology, innovation and digital transformation perspective.

- Design, Plan and execute HR Project Road map and release plans, product roadmap, year out release plans.

- You will drive and report on the related HR change portfolio, managing and presenting a holistic view across change impacts and interventions; readiness; active risk, assumption and tracking (including benefits tracking as appropriate); milestones identification and management; and senior stakeholder management (both within and external to the HR function).

- Manage the interlock across programme workstreams to deliver the implementation approach and plan, including liaison with teams to ensure deployment plans align and consider any wider activities / dependencies outside of programme delivery that may impact plans.

- The incumbent will be responsible for implementation, maintenance & providing any additional inputs to the HRMS team to meet the automation and analytical requirements of the Management.

- Provide the HR technology roadmap from industry and market benchmarking standards.

- Applying Project management practices to HR is critical for the success of the program.

- Work closely with all the project workstream leads to ensure that the project objectives are met.

Desired Profile:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 8 yrs of experience/exposure in HR Project Management. Project based Certifications to support the role (Scrum Master, Agile etc) would be preferred.

2. Demonstrate excellence in Techno functional Consulting and ERP Implementation

3. Technology and digital savvy with clear understanding of new age technologies, especially in HR

4. Experience in Design thinking, Employee experience journey mapping, PRDs, Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban, Running Agile rituals and practices, Gantt charts, UVTs and UATs,

5. You have proven ability in successfully supporting the designing and implementation of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
