The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Implementing an HR technology & digital strategy that focuses on increasing employee experience and productivity for the portfolio(s)
- Combine in-depth HR functional & process knowledge with contemporary technology & program management experience, to provide effective consulting to our key stakeholders
- Be responsible for providing consistent & dependable program delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, budget, prioritize and execute actionable programs & high-impact opportunities, aligned with our business & functional objectives
- Provide outside-in thought leadership & subject matter expertise, and apply them to continuously optimize our HR digital & technology landscape
