Key Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the detailed design, build, test and deployment of the HR Data Hub. This includes working with the delivery teams comprised of Barclays and SI partner resources located across UK, USA and India.
- Design & oversee the build and delivery of the solution across all environments. This includes working closely with the Project Manager to develop robust plans and tracking progress against them.
- Ensure compliance with Bank standards and policies e.g. from Information & Risk Management (IRM), Global Information Security (GIS) on data residing on the HR environments.
- Liaise with Product and Project Owners, Architects and Engineers to identify and assess improvements to configurations of the HR Data Hub solution.
- Oversee /coordinate the delivery of all aspects of project to the RTB team
- Ensure that robust documentation & presentation materials are produced for end-user and stakeholder consumption
operating at varying levels.
- Escalation of all delivery-relevant topics, participation in conflict resolution.
- Timely identifies and escalates issues, data gaps and appropriate administration. This includes identifying mitigating actions.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership:
Facilitate effective communications with all key stakeholders including;
- Project Managers, Architects and Engineers
- Operational & Build Team Leads
- Information & Risk Management Teams
- Security & Audit Teams
- Maintains a regular dialogue with team/colleagues in difficult situations.
- Monitors and deals with environmental critical paths and risk areas.
- Effectively communicate technical information with a non-technical audience.
- Adapt style to contribute and enhance overall team performance.
- Work effectively with people across a wide range of disciplines and levels
