HR Talent Manager

- MBA-HR with around 10-12 years of experience in reputed corporates handling Performance Management System/Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Competency Mapping, Cultural/temperature survey and should have handled Balanced Score Card etc.

- Excellent communications skills are essential.

- The company is a large well diversified group based in Oman and has interests in Contracting, Manufacturing and Trading.

- Position will be based in HO in Muscat and shall report to General Manager – OD/HR.

- The monthly salary in the range of RO 2000-2500 but will be subject to negotiation based on candidate profile, plus company-maintained car, insurance coverage for self and family,30 days paid leave every year with to-and-fro air ticket for self and family, gratuity and other benefits as applicable under local labor law.
