Role Summery
The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing effective HR solutions, across HR Business Partnering, Strategic Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Talent Management.
Will be responsible for managing the entire Life Cycle of the employee of the assigned Business Units & Geography
KRAs
- Develop and execute high level Human Resource strategies, made decisions and overcome complex business challenges
- Conceptualize policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization
- Organize employee engagement & OD programs and ensured prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintain effective employee relations
- Responsible for talent acquisition and retention efforts to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders while keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables.
- Identify and implement strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members
- Support long term business goals with a strategic Hr framework around key elements of attract, retain, build, engage, excite and transform
