- Working knowledge of OD models/framework, change management tools and talent management approaches/models
- Good understanding and application of research methodologies/tools
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in relevant technology tools (outlook tools, automation tools, social media, etc)
- Instructional design
- Facilitation skills

- Ability to bring new perspective/trends and innovative approaches
- High ownership and accountability; strong focus on execution, quality and timelines
- Work and manage different stakeholders for design and implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills - verbal & written
