Reporting To (Position) Head People Management
A. Key Accountabilities
This position is responsible for:
1. Talent Acquisition: Understanding the hiring mandate from Business Stakeholder and Work on cross functional roles for internal requirements, including all levels (junior/mid/senior) for the product based organization. The roles will include hiring across Tech team, Product team, Data Science team, Sales, Customer Success and Product Marketing team
2. HR Business Partnering : Managing the complete array of Employee Life-cycle Management, including core HR activities listed below
i.Employee Joining & On Boarding Process
ii.Employee Background Verification Process
iii.Confirmation & Probation Extension Process
iv.Leave and Attendance Process
v.Exit Process
vi.Maintaining HRMIS
vii.Employee Communication
viii.Insurance Process
ix.Rewards & Recognition
x.Employee Connect and Employee Support
xi.Ex Employees Experience Management
xii.Employee Files / Document Management
3. Culture Building and Engagement : To pro-actively build a unique organizational culture through high levesl of customized engagement and Organizational development initiatives
4. Organizational Improvement Initiatives : To conceptualize and execute key initiatives to ensure ongoing Organization initiatives
B. Qualification / Experience
Qualification Post-Graduation (Full time/Part Time/Executive MBA)
Experience (Years) 6 months to 3 years-
Preferred Experience (Prior to MBA) Prior HR and/or TA experience with Product Based Organizations
