Position - HR Strategy and Projects

Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an HR Strategy and projects specialist. This role requires a candidate with a solid background in Human Resources, strategic planning, and analytics. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's HR strategies, contributing to the annual operating plan, and optimizing manpower budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Contribute to the creation and execution of the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Manpower Budgeting: Lead the manpower budgeting process, working closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs, analyze trends, and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Provide recommendations for resource optimization and cost efficiency.

3. Attrition Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of attrition trends, identify key drivers, and propose retention strategies. Work collaboratively with HR business partners to develop and implement initiatives aimed at reducing attrition and enhancing employee engagement.

4. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in HR. Conduct market research to benchmark our HR strategies against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.

5. HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to extract meaningful insights from data. Develop and maintain key HR metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. Presentation Skills: Effectively communicate HR strategies, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership through clear and compelling presentations. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications :

- A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable MBA college.

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, and analytics.

- Strong command of HR analytics tools and methodologies.

- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
