Looking for Assistant Manager - HR Strategy & Analytics for a leading Financial Services company
Eligibility:
2 - 6 years (Batch of 2007 - 2009). MBA From Tier 1 institute
Responsibilities :
- Human Resource process improvements and initiatives
- Human Resource process / Compliance related documentation, Exit Process & Attrition Analysis and Change Management
- Identifying the main reasons of attrition, through analyzing exit interviews and implementing measures along with senior management to increase employee engagement and retention
- Predictive models and conduct scenario analyses for HR Processes
- Performance management process including goal setting, deployment of dashboards and performance appraisals design
- Organization Development initiatives and Career and Succession planning
- Identify tools and programs that integrate, grow and retain employees within
- Six sigma related process improvements
- Supporting Compensation and Benefits design
Desired Skills:
- Education : Post Graduate degree from good institutions
- Experience : 2 - 6 years (Batch of 2007 - 2009 from tier 1 institutes preferred)
- Must be comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Must demonstrate proven leadership and effective change agent to implement strategic initiatives
- Must possess effective project management skills and ability to influence at all levels of organization
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
