Statutory Compliance HR (Ecommerce Startup)
- We have been engaged by a prominent ecommerce startup to oversee statutory compliance in HR related to labor laws across all operational sites.
- This role necessitates the development and execution of compliance strategies, policies, and procedures. It also involves vigilant monitoring of legislative changes to ensure timely updates and adherence to regulations across multiple locations nationwide.
- The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in labor laws andstatutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Minimum wages, gratuity along with effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders throughout PAN India locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in labor law compliances (PF, ESIC, Shops Establishment Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Bonus Act).
- Conduct audits and assessments, identify non-compliance, and implement corrective actions.
- Present statutory compliance reports to Labor Authorities.
- Ensure accurate statutory compliance across all locations.
- Collect and verify compliance documents.
- Prepare compliance documents and database, extend to partners/vendors.
- Provide guidance on compliance matters to stakeholders.
- Liaise with labor offices, external auditors, and government agencies.
- Conduct audits and facilitate compliance training sessions.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 10+ years' experience in Statutory Compliance.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Handled labor compliance, reports, training
- Willing to Travel
- Self-motivated, team player
