About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Onboarding (Before the First Day):
- Draft and send offer letters, employment agreements, and legal documents including non-compete and confidentiality agreements.
- Prepare pre-employment paperwork such as tax forms (W-4), direct deposit setup, benefits enrollment, I-9 verification, and background check consent.
- Send welcome communications to new hires, providing essential first-day information and company resources.
Onboarding (First Day):
- Ensure timely completion of HR paperwork, including tax and compliance documentation, via the HRMS or in-person.
- Provide a comprehensive overview of employee benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), paid time off (PTO), and other company perks.
Visa and Immigration Support:
- Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and required documentation (e.g., Forms I-130, I-140, I-485).
- Ensure all immigration processes meet compliance standards and are filed in accordance with U.S. laws and regulations.
- Stay current on updates to immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and implement them as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in JobDiva and MSP systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
