HR Specialist - (Premium Colleges only)
Job Description
- Develop and structure the learning, development and knowledge management processes that facilitate and drive individual development and capability building in line with the organization's vision/focus.
- Implement, monitor and review company's Performance Management process to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the company.
- Lead and execute competency mapping, career and succession planning, organizational change management and talent engagement initiatives in line with best practices and business objectives.
- Review and update Human Resources Policies; ensuring that they are aligned to legal requirements and best practices.
- Coach and advice business managers in all aspect of talent development and management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources / Psychology along with 3 - 6 years of experience.
- Understanding / experience of coaching and/or organizational psychology/behaviour would be an advantage
- Experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of talent & learning initiatives aligned to HR and Organisational strategy. Additionally, exposure to generalist HR function will be desired.
