We have an opportunities with leading Big 3 Consulting group for the Hr Specialist role for Mumbai location.
Note : Candidates from management consulting are preferred.
Role & Responsibility:
1. Roll out weekly pulse check survey to 1500 + employees to capture inputs
- Ensure master data base is updated at all times for an effective roll out.
- Work closely with senior management members to ensure the list is well updated.
- Roll out necessary communications to drive response rate, ensure email responses are captured on a regular basis
- Work on multiple data base list to identify new list of recipients for the following weeks and roll out necessary communications.
2. Capture the data in multiple analytics tools to work towards:
- Weekly analytics on how office is doing and share with India leadership team and call out high risk areas.
- Various slices of dashboards such as Practice Area trend comparison, leadership dashboards trend analysis, etc. to share with India leadership team for their visibility on the overall progress.
- Analyze historical data and capture trends, insights and correlations. Basis the outcome support in identifying high focus areas in context to office priorities and share with necessary teams for them to take required steps.

YOU BRING:
- MBA Preferred
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Knowledge of HR systems / operations management is desirable.
- Good analytical skills with ability to present information in an engaging manner. Should have 3+ years of HR experience.
