Senior Manager – HR Shared Services
Key Responsibilities –
- Reviewing and development of payroll, accounting and other financial & HR policies
- Preparing and reviewing payroll records for across locations for Operations , Tech and corporate functions etc,
- The position would also include the payroll advice and distribution of the same timely and accurately.
- Complete PAN India onboarding process and driving the same across the organization.
- Program managing the onboarding process and ensuring of the process adherence across multiple Business Units.
- Manage the 3-4 team members within shared services vertical.
- Workforce Analytics and periodic dashboards like Head Count reports and attrition analysis etc.
- Supervision of salary/reimbursement/Statutory/ Medi-claim policy/ F&F process
- Regular collaboration with the Benefits team for new additions to the rewards and benefits process and aligning the same to the payroll inputs when necessary.
- Will be responsible for System development, integration and analysis.
Education and Experience
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- MBA from reputed institute
Skills and Competencies
- Analytical ability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- People management abilities of atleast 1-2 years.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience of handling payroll of large size and growth oriented atmosphere.
- High on Ownership of work and independently driving initiatives and resolution oriented.
