The Offer Management, Onboarding & Offboarding team member is a position in the Human Capital Management (HCM) division in Service Delivery for Acquire & Integrate Talent. The team is responsible for driving standardized processes and tools to execute job offers to candidates, manage onboarding requirements for new hires to the firm, and manage the off-boarding process for those exiting the firm. The team is structured around delivering and delineating these services for each of our talent segments, including Campus hires (Undergraduate) / Early Careers (Analysts) / Mid-Careers (Associates / Vice Presidents), and Executives. Ultimately, every team member is responsible for helping to drive a frictionless candidate and employee experience for recruiting for their assigned talent segment
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL :
- Report to the HCM Acquire and Integrate Talent Service Delivery Lead for Offers, Onboarding, and Off-boarding
- Work directly with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers to coordinate and complete activities for your assigned talent segment, including :
a. Collate information to complete variety of pre-offer verification steps for candidates
b. Create and manage both simple, rules-based offers for some talent segments as well as complex offers for other more senior talent segments
c. Coordinate background checks and verifications, in coordination with a third party vendor, and triage and manage issues and escalations
d. Coordinate meetings with hiring managers and other tasks as part of onboarding checklists
e. Work with HR stakeholders to prepare documentation as part of exit management and execute off-boarding checklists
- Leverage processes, tools, and workflows to coordinate and complete key tasks across the hiring and onboarding lifecycle in timely manner
- Develop and leverage relationships with recruiters, compensation specialists and other internal stakeholders to drive efficient completion of process tasks
- Deliver a set of curated candidate experiences for your assigned talent segment, from the point of candidate selection through onboarding to the firm
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Preferred work experience of 2-9 years in HR and/or recruiting domain.
- Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive tasks while ensuring the delivery of high quality work
- High level of maturity, demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, and impeccable judgment
- Thinks multiple steps ahead; prepares for potential problems and escalates issues when appropriate; and juggles competing deadlines effectively
- Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through required; Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
- Demonstrated client service focus
- Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
