About the role:
As a Sr. HR Executive / Assistant Manager - HR, here your core responsibilities will be Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Along with that, Talent Acquisition and operational work will be there.
Roles and Responsibilities:
PMS support /coordination:
- Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Track and document employee performance and development.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Support employee career development initiatives.
Employee engagement coordination:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Organize regular team-building activities and events
- Regular interaction with employees, management, and external partners
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to address concerns and suggestions.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
- Prepare and extend job offers to the selected candidates.
- Manage pre-joining formalities, including background checks and verification of documents.
- Oversee post-joining formalities such as employee onboarding, induction programs, and training sessions.
- Handle recruitment payments and liaise with recruitment consultants as needed.
