Responsibilities:

- This position will work directly with Global Leadership Development and Talent Management leader. The incumbent will be responsible to design and lead key HR projects, design learning strategies, develop solutions followed by flawless execution.

- Manage niche enterprise level initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders and link the measure of success to the desired business outcomes

- Collaborate with recruitment teams and interact with premier Business School to build a compelling employer brand, hire Management Trainees. And lead 9 months of Management Trainee Program.

- This position will also be responsible for managing the Leadership Development portfolio from Training Need Analysis to Program designing, content curation to Training delivery on company wide behavioral curricula for middle to senior level managers and conduct TTT for other trainers and business leaders

- Should have an instinct of Diversity & inclusivity, provide thought leadership, manage business relationships, and execute initiatives to help the organization make progress on diversity and inclusion goals

- Should also be versed with the new virtual learning environment and know how can we create a personalized learning experience for the employees resulting in better business outcomes

- The position needs an individual who can constantly strive to evolve in his/her realms of the subject matter with specialization in Leadership Development & Talent Management with collaboration being the individual's major strength

- Create and publish compelling Dashboards and reports for the enterprise level initiatives.

Education Requirements:

- Preferably MBA from premiere institution

- Certifications in leadership/behavioral trainings

- 7-10 years in the Learning & Development and Talent Management

- Have exposure in handling complex global projects

- Experience in designing, delivering and deploying Leadership and behavioral curricula

- Experience in building & managing relationship with internal/external stakeholders
