1. To be part of compensation management exercise
2. To plan compensation interventions including fixed pay, variable pay, ESOPs, LTIs etc.
3. To implement the compensation strategy and liaison with various stakeholders viz. Ops/ Payroll/ Reporting
4. To undertake/ be part of comp. benchmarking exercise with industry standard vendor partners
5. To Exercise control to ensure all processes are well defined and adhered to; for optimum compliance
6. Must be able to work with the stakeholders
