- Incumbent will be responsible to design and execute performance management, leadership management and succession planning
- Design the Talent Management framework and execute Talent Strategies
- Conceptualize the framework for development opportunities for Hi-potential employees including Fast-track program, women leaders program, Career Development Dialogues for Hi-Pos, Individual Development Plans for Hi-Pos, Learning Journeys for Hi-Pos
- Create framework and lead the execution of Talent Reviews, action plans to achieve business outcomes
- Devise and implement Succession Planning process to strengthen the Succession pipeline
- Partnere with businesses to devise and implement Capability Building initiatives, including identification of competencies through assessment centers
- Lead the OD intervention focused on Leadership Alignment, implementation of action items focusing on creating synergies and seamlessness among top team
- Lead the coaching practice for senior executives, governance & impact from coaching intervention
- Employee engagement of employees across all levels
