HR Professionals

We are looking HR Professionals having 5 to 10 year experience, from Top B School, who are on career break - who have worked with reputed organisations

- For project work 8 to 10 hours a week -

- 2-3 hours per week physical presence for discussion sessions with leadership team and 5- 6 hours work from home

- As the project takes shape we may need more time

- We are looking people from Bombay metro

- Project is to build a business idea, collaborate with leadership team to define strategy work on blueprint for process - structure - and be part of launch team for the business idea

- The Incumbent will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- The Incumbent will support current and future business requirements through developing, engaging, motivating and preserving human capital.

- The Incumbent will partner with businesses on Strategic initiatives, organizing goals and conducting workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.

- This is in space - to help professionals to unfold potential - lead happy balanced life and optimize

- Would be keen to have discussion with right candidates
