Responsibilities -
- Identifying and working with the HR leadership and extended team on reports and dashboard
- Work on metrics based requirement by consolidating information from various sources, summarize results and prepare presentations.
- Work on variety of reporting and analytical dashboards pertaining to talent acquisition, attrition, movements, headcount, mobility, etc.
- Work on employee surveys and related data analysis and insights
- Work on documenting, simplifying and automating the current HR processes.
Desired Skills -
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Analytics domain.
- Proficient MS Office, Macros, Tableau, SQL with ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reporting
- Effective verbal and written communication
