Designation: HR Relationship Manager for contact centre
Experience : 3+ years of work experience in Employee engagement activities, attrition management and retention management with Contact Centre or Call center
NOTE : Looking for candidate with call center or contact center management
Location : Mumbai
Job Role :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- From the call center or contact center function managed high retention and attrition rates
- Effective communication abilities
- Practical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; completion of extensive employee engagement tasks
- Assisted with HR Projects
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
