Salary Offered : 7-12 LPA
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
2. Co-ordinate and update the consultants regarding the vacancies, requirements, schedules, and feedbacks.
3. Screen candidates resume and job applications
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
5. Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
6. Maintain and update the candidate database
Requirements :
1. Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components, including effective sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management
2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
3. Familiarity with computing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HR databases
4. Hands-on experience with recruiting software
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong decision-making skills
7. Candidates with experience in the professional service industry/ BIG 4s would be highly preferable.
