Our client is the world's leading providers of reinsurance, insurance company looking for a Project Manager for their Organisation &amp; People Development (OPD) team, a part of Human Resources. Note: This is a Human Resources role, and not a IT/Technology role. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Manage high-impact global portfolios, programs and projects focused on organisational transformation such as strategic workforce planning, talent management, learning and development, employee experience, organisational culture, inclusion and diversity, and more. - Work on Agile frameworks or as a Product Manager - Working with global teams of HR Partners, internal and external subject matter experts, IT, leadership hiring - Partner and influence the leadership into supporting and landing topics - Train and coach teams in dealing with ambiguity, difficult stakeholders and changing requirements/priorities, and guide them into Agile ways of work To be eligible for this role you will require: - Strong stakeholder management experience at an Executive Leadership-level - 12+ years of strong program/project and change management experience, having led Agile teams during this time - In-depth knowledge of Agile ways of working, including frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban - A background in HR topics such as Talent Management, Learning &amp; Development, Recruitment, Organisation Development would be a plus, but is not mandatory - Strong IT/ Digital skills - Strong language skills - Excellent presentation skills are a major plus - Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, CAL and/or SPC will be a major advantage - Knowledge of Design Thinking, UX and/or CX will be a major advantage
