HR Project Management

We are looking at HR MBA (2011/ 12 / 13 batch ) from Tier 1 OR 2 College with 2-4 years of experience .

The candidate would work closely with the Global HR head, to manage all projects.

The candidate should be very enthusiastic, should be able to influence without authority. Should be comfortable working with the entire HR group

Good skills on project management . Drive for results should be very high and should be able to drive all open projects to closure within set timelines.

Will also have to manage travel and calendar schedules of HR Head

Needless to say excellent communication skills and executive presence.
