Project Manager - HR (Contract to hire)
Contract to Hire for 1 year and then taken on clients payroll
Job Responsibilities :
- The HR Project Manager is primarily responsible for project ownership of critical, company-wide projects and initiatives. These may include Company wide Employee Pulse Surveys, Creating HR Dashboards, Coordinating Global Manager Development initiatives.
- Acquiring matrixed resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Projects will be HR owned and have global-wide reach. This includes taking the project from original concept through final execution; defining project plans, resource needs, status reports and ensuring the project delivers on time and within budget.
- This role will require coordination efforts, business savvy and a highly organized approach to driving projects.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members globally.
Skills and Experience :
- 8- 10 years HR Experience / HR Projects
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within HR projects
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work with people on a global basis
- Attention to detail and quality
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Effective communication with internal and external individuals in various functional areas and at all levels of management
- Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently with minimal direction.
- Demonstrates a drive for results and a constant awareness of deadlines.
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.
